Thank you for taking the time to look at my online portfolio of work. I’m Amber Nethersole, a Marketing Specialist based in Cornwall, with a passion for illustration, graphic design and photography. I’ve had the privilege to have worked with several fantastic clients including local restaurants, charities, and small business owners to produce a range of promotional materials that they have utilised for their social media pages, websites and printed literature. Illustration & Graphic Design
My digital illustrations are my personal work, inspired by the natural landscapes of Cornwall and our connections with wildlife. I’ve printed many of my designs on products such as greeting cards and postcards, selling internationally on my Etsy store. Additionally, I’ve had the incredible opportunity of working with several business and organisations to create brochures, posters and branded illustrations.
Photography
After graduating from Falmouth University, I worked with Downtown 21 on their social media channels and photographing their delicious new menu items. Over the last few years, I’ve thoroughly enjoyed portrait photography and have focused more on developing this side of my portfolio.
Video & Social Media
The majority of my videography has been part of my full-time employment at Truro and Penwith College. I have independently planned, filmed and edited each of the following videos to promote the college. I would like to highlight the success of the Marine Academy Lobster Release video being shared by BBC Spotlight and BBC Radio Cornwall. Simple click to watch.
